Rasa Baltė Balčiūnienė - business psychologist, consultant for changes in thinking and action, author of conscious leadership programmes, organiser and moderator of international forums on attitude expansion, author and host of the Žinių Radio programme "The Gene of the Future" (since 2017), author and producer of the documentary mystery "Epic change: the Mystery of the Spruce Crown" (2022).

In 2005, Rasa Baltė Balčiūnienė founded the HAI Institute for leaders and their organisations seeking qualitative transformation. She integrates modern psychology and practical experience in leadership and business development into her classes. Rasa is spreading a new business culture based on the principles of living systems and intuitive action.

In all her activities, Rasa relies on the principle of interdisciplinarity, combining management, psychology, neuroscience, semiotics, art and discovering unexpected connections between business and culture.

Gintaras Šeputis - director, documentary filmmaker, one of the pioneers of video art in Lithuania, a member of the Lithuanian Interdisciplinary Art Creators' Union, a marketing and communication expert.

Graduated from Vilnius Academy of Arts in 1992. Later, he contributed to the establishment of the VDA's Department of Photography and Media Art, where he also taught. From 1992 to 2013, he worked in the field of advertising and communication, managing one of the largest independent creative advertising agencies (VRS agency). In 2008-2014 he was the Chairman of the Board of the Lithuanian Communication Agencies Association (KOMAA).

Since 1994, lecturer at higher education institutions (VDA, TVM, VGTU, VDK, MRU), social partner. Researches the impact of images.

Gintaras Šeputis was the co-founder and director of the TV show "Signs" (1996-2000), co-author and director of the TV documentary cultural essay "Kultmisijos" (2015-2019); video director of O. Koršunovas performances of "Labas Sonia Nauji metai" (1994) and "Roberto Zucco" (1998).
