Are leisure and recreation different concepts? How has therapy become not only the norm, but also part of the modern human identity? We explored these questions and their relevance at a club meeting. After a lecture by the guest speaker, philosopher Kęstas Kirtiklis, it was interesting to reflect on how, in a therapeutic society, it has become an aspiration to create one's own life according to the scripts of leisure time and not work. After the lecture, through constellations, we experienced our own relationship with work and free time, and we asked ourselves whether this relationship was satisfactory.
